Just a quick update. I QUIT! Well, not totally. I made it as far as 23 days. The 24th day put me right over the edge. But, in those 23 days I did dig myself out of a massively cluttered bedroom creating a clean canvas for a complete bedroom redo. After cleaning, decluttering and painting the walls, ceiling and trim (my boyfriend did 99% of the painting, I'm not gonna lie) I can now get started on a new look. I'm so excited!
I have been perusing Pinterest for ideas and I'm also getting some great inspiration from Houzz.com. Check out some of the sweet bedrooms I've pinned on our Action Carpet & Floor Covering Pinterest Page, Bedrooms. There are so many styles that I love, and settling on just one is going to be a real challenge. Maybe I'll combine several.

Here are a couple pictures of how it looks today in transition. UGLY, I know. But, I'm hoping to get it back to looking like a comfy, welcoming bedroom again only this time minus the dark, heavy colors. I'm thinkin' light and airy. Stay tuned...
